Barnett Crossbows

This film for Barnett Crossbows remains one of my favorite projects to date. In collaboration with Barnett, our goal was to introduce a new crossbow to the market in a way that felt honest, cinematic, and grounded in the experience of hunting itself.

The idea behind the film was simple: the biggest moments are usually shaped by the smallest actions. In hunting, success often comes down to patience, preparation, and attention to detail long before the final shot is taken. I wanted the film to reflect that by focusing on the quieter routines and ordinary moments that build tension and lead to a single high-pressure moment.

We spent two days scouting and filming throughout Southern Kentucky, capturing the pace, landscape, and atmosphere around the Cumberland River hunting grounds.

Special thanks to producer Justina Whalen and hunter/talent John Turner for providing access to the property and helping bring the project together.
